Anna Christian finished a creditable 9th in the women’s time trial held in very hot and humid conditions on the Gold Coast Australia. Over a 25.5km course performed well in a high-class field with some of the world’s finest women’s cyclists competing.

In the Women’s Road Race over 112km course, again in the heat and humidity of the Australian late summer, Anna managed a 28th place finish in a time just under 3hrs 10 minutes a great performance in a top quality competitive field with athletes used to the conditions benefiting over the duration of the race.
